Lovely hotel with good breakfast. Rooms are small but very comfortable. We chose this hotel for the parking and although the car elevator originally scared us, it was very straightforward and secure.
Walls are paper thin. I thought previous reviewers were exaggerating but they weren’t, we could hear conversations next door including singing at 1am! Also, it was a long way to walk to the areas of interest.

The Facility is Always clean and smells good, The Room was nice and tidy and always clean with an amazing perfume on the sheets, The Reception Team were always helpful whenever needed.
The View wasn’t that good & The Location is very far away from the downtown but even walking to the downtime takes a lot of time due to the multiple constructions there.

The b/fast very good. The Bar staff were great fun at “Happy Hour” gave us local Portuguese restaurant to go to, just across the road. Hotel was a clean welcome sight after a long walk back from Old Town. S/market not far away.
Our shower leaked and we reported it but the problem not rectified so had to use the hand towel on the floor- dangerous. Long way walking to the centre of the old town especially up on the way home. Our room was overlooking Main Street so quite noisy.

The hotel room was far more spacious than we thought It was going to be. It was very clean and comfortable.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is a metro station close to the hotel. We purchased the €11 metro ticket (lasts 24 hours) and can be topped up. This ticket can also be used on buses and trains. We used our tickets on the metro, trains to Cascai and Sintra.
Breakfast was adequate.
It is a good 20 minute walk into the centre (a straight walk at that, which is a bonus). We used the metro on occasions.
Wear good footwear as the pavements in Lisbon are tiled & can be quite slippery.

Comfortable hotel!
The neighborhood isn't too friendly. In addition, prices at the bar are very high (except for breakfast).
