The Facility is Always clean and smells good, The Room was nice and tidy and always clean with an amazing perfume on the sheets, The Reception Team were always helpful whenever needed.
The View wasn’t that good & The Location is very far away from the downtown but even walking to the downtime takes a lot of time due to the multiple constructions there.

Breakfast was good. Forget havingg dinner there. Menu was nkt interesting. Buffet was not good. Entrees on buffet were not attractive or appealing.
See above. For a tourist, it is not a gkod location. Too far from tourist attractions. One day we needed to be out of hotel a few minutes bwfore 7:30 start of breakfast.asked if w could grab a couple of rolls.answer "no". Why not? A couple of confusing thinhs.sign in room said coffee and water were only provided onfirst day and if we wanted more we would have to pay. Seemed dumb and irritating bit odd thing is, water and coffee were in fact provided.

The hotel was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good either way a good choice. Staff were very helpful & polite. Rooms very good.
It proved to be further away from the city centre than I had thought. Needed to use taxis to get about.

Proximity to the metro is very convenient
The WiFi connection is unstable and not fast enough to conduct any sort of video conferencing or meetings.
The TV in the room really should be a smart TV, that’s come to be expected for hotels in this price range.
Room service takes too long and by the time the food arrives it’s ice cold and additional charges that are not stated up front are added to the room service cost.

Good location. Staff able to help us through and accommodate last minute stay.
Location is on the road so constant noise from cars and underground metro. Hotel is good equipped to dampen the sound but you can still hear it.
